The engineering team is continuing their investigation of what is causing the login issues. This is our highest priority right now and the team is working diligently to restore access for users.

As an update, districts who use SSO for student logins to OLA are experiencing the login issue. If your district doesn't use SSO for student logins, the students will be able to login, but we are investigating reports of students getting an error message of "Unable to call ola data server."

We are currently experiencing issues with users not being able to login to Performance Matters. Some districts are reporting that students can not login to OLA, but other districts are able to test. We will update the status page as we get more updates from the engineering team who are actively working on the issue now.
