We are currently experiencing a high volume of scanning that is causing a delay in these results showing in the system. Please be assured that scanning is working as expected and results will continue to process throughout the delay. Our current backlog has the system a few hours behind the typical 15 minute turnaround. Scans will be processed in the order they were scanned, and we do not recommend re-scanning as it will further delay your results.
